Verze web2c 7.3 zatim samostatne na Internetu neexistuje. Je ale
soucasti noveho TeXlive 4 CD ROM a dale distribuce teTeX 1.0.

The sources on the TeXlive4 CD are the only way 7.3 will be
distributed.  I hope to be able to push out a 7.3.1 release separate
from teTeX 1.0 within a few days.

Prvne jmenovana distribuce TeXlive 4 obsahuje CSTeX primo k pouziti,
takze netreba nic dalsiho "stahovat" a "instalovat". Na druhe strane
teTeX 1.0 neobsahuje nic z CSTeXu a je potreba veci instalovat.
Proto jsem vytvoril obsahle README.tetex-1.0.
